Why the low prices?

How long does shipping take?
Preparation usually takes 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 14–21 days in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
International delivery is offered to selected destinations. Check checkout for the available countries, rates and estimated arrival times.
How can I track my order?
Dispatch emails include tracking details. Follow the carrier link for progress, or contact Jouri with your order reference.
Return policy
Request changes or cancellation within 2–3 days of ordering, before dispatch. Shipped orders cannot be changed.
Report damaged or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours, with your order reference and photographs, for assessment of a refund or replacement.
Change-of-mind requests are considered only before dispatch during that initial period. Opened or used bottles are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
